Many thanks for coming to support the event, “Diabetes awareness for everyone” which was organised by SAPHO and our local Diabetes UK group Aylesbury. We have had very positive feedback from all our members and the local community about how informative this event was. A big thank you to the health care professionals, CCG and SCN personnel, also to local town/district councillors, former mayors, imams from Aylesbury mosque, specially Steve Golden Smith, Dr Kathy Hoffman, Dr Kesar Sadra and Steve Adamek who came out on a Sunday to support the event

Thank you again to the organisers, volunteers (and their family and friends) without whom this event would not have been possible we look forward to seeing you again.
